These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by 13WEEKS Cashflow Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our video guides and Excel templates, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide educational video guides and Excel templates (the "Materials"), and one-to-one consulting services designed to assist businesses in creating their own 13-week cashflow forecasts.

2. "As-Is" and "Inspiration Only" Basis

All Materials provided are templates for illustrative purposes only.

  • The Excel workbooks serve as a framework or inspiration for your own modelling.

  • They are not turnkey financial solutions and may require significant modification to fit your specific business logic.

  • We provide no guarantee that the formulas, structures, or logic within the templates are error-free or suitable for your specific accounting needs.

 

3. No Responsibility for Accuracy

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • Our Tools: We take absolutely no responsibility for the mathematical accuracy, technical functionality, or reliability of the templates provided.

  • Your Data: Any forecasts, models, or workbooks built by the customer using our templates are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Outcomes: We are not liable for any financial losses, business decisions, or reporting errors resulting from the use of our Materials.

 

4. Professional Status and Nature of Advice

4.1 Educational Purpose: All Materials, including video guides and templates, are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While the content is developed by a Chartered Accountant, the purchase and use of these Materials does not create a professional-client relationship (such as an accountant-client relationship) between you and the Company or any of its employees.

4.2 No Regulated Advice: The guidance provided is based on general industry best practices and is not tailored to the specific financial circumstances, risk profile, or commercial needs of your business. The Company is not providing regulated financial advice, tax advice, or statutory audit services through this website.

4.3 Independent Verification: You acknowledge that you are responsible for the final outputs of any cashflow model. We recommend that you perform your own independent verification of all data. If you require bespoke professional assurance or a formal sign-off on a forecast, this must be sought via a separate, formal engagement letter and is not included in the purchase of these Materials.

 

5. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the templates or video content without our express written consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 13WEEKS Cashflow Ltd be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our website or Materials. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service purchased.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
